【Abstract】: No matter the heat shrinkable sleeve is used as the lead wire marking or the special motor lead wire is used as the insulation and sealing protection material, only the heat shrinking process is scientific and reasonable, which can ensure the reliable, practical and stable heat shrinkage of the heat shrinkable sleeve. The following is the heat shrinking process of the heat shrinkable sleeve and its precautions.

The following is the heat shrinking process of the heat shrinkable sleeve and its precautions.

Heat shrinking process of heat shrinkable sleeve: radial dimension design and heat shrink burst: the heat shrinkable sleeve will shrink by more than 50% in the radial direction after heating. Fixed on the quilt carrier, its radial dimension must be selected appropriately. If the radial size is too large, the heat shrinkable sleeve is not shrunk in place and cannot be fixed firmly; if the radial size is too small, the strong shrinkage force during heat shrinking and motor baking may easily lead to bursting.

Heat shrinking process of heat shrinkable sleeve: Baking tools and baking efficiency: Hair dryer, heating tank, lighter, oven and other tools can be used for heat shrinkage of heat shrinkable sleeve. In actual operation, the heat-shrinkable sleeve is baked with a blast electric heat gun equipped with a mobile power supply, which is the most efficient and most convenient to use.

The manufacturing process of heat shrinkable sleeve has the following four points:


1. Expansion stereotypes

Heat the radiation-crosslinked plastic pipe to a high elastic state, and then use an expansion machine to expand to obtain a heat-shrinkable sleeve. The expansion and shaping process parameters are: temperature 120~150℃, input speed 8~10Hz, pull-out speed 8 ~10Hz, vacuum degree -0.06MPa.

2. Extrusion

Extrusion molding is completed by extruder, cooling water tank, tractor, tensioner and winder. Its technological parameters are: extrusion speed 20~50r/min, traction speed 30~50Hz, extruder temperature 90~130℃.

3. Mixing and granulation

Weigh various raw materials according to the formula, and use a high-speed mixer to mix them evenly. The mixing amount is 110kg at a time, and the mixing time is 8~12min. Mixing and granulation is completed by a granulator, a cooling water tank, a blow dryer and a pelletizer. The parameters of the mixing and granulation process are: the main engine speed is 1 000~1 400r/min, the feeder speed is 50~80r/min, the body temperature is 110~160℃, and the head temperature is 190~240℃.

4. Radiation cross-linking

Radiation cross-linking is completed by electron accelerator and under-beam transmission device. The function of electron accelerator is to generate rays and irradiate plastic pipes to make them cross-link. The function of under-beam transmission device is to continuously send plastic pipes into and out of electrons. For the accelerator, after the winding times are determined, the required radiation dose can be obtained by controlling the electron accelerator beam current and the speed of the transmission device under the beam.
