The commonly used colors of heat-shrinkable sleeves are: black, green, red, yellow, white, blue, and commonly used busbar heat shrinkable sleeves. Shrink tube colors are: green, yellow and rust red.

There will be color difference between the heat shrinkable sleeve and the busbar heat shrinkable sleeve during the production process. The reasons for the color difference are:

1. Different batches of different raw materials can also lead to different colors of finished products.

2. During the extrusion process, under the influence of high temperature, the color masterbatch will undergo some performance changes, and impurities will also be extruded.

3. During the expansion process of the heat shrinkable sleeve, glycerol heating is generally used. At this time, high temperature, impurities and some factors can affect the color change.

4. Masterbatch is the main component that determines the color of heat shrinkable light. After the heat shrinkable sleeve has undergone many treatments, the color will change.

5. During the irradiation of the product, the electron rays will cause physical changes such as expansion of the heat-shrinkable sleeve, which will partially affect the color.

6. According to different materials of 10KV and 35KV, the color will also be different.

7. There are many colors of heat-shrinkable sleeves, and the demand for product colors of different specifications is very large, so generally manufacturers have fixed heat-shrinkable sleeves of several colors. The heat-shrinkable sleeves produced by the same manufacturer will have some color differences according to different production batches, not to mention the heat-shrinkable sleeves produced by different manufacturers will also have slightly different colors.

These disturbances are basically unavoidable. The current processing technology of heat-shrinkable sleeves is difficult to control. It can only guarantee that the error with the color you need is small, and it cannot be said that there is no error at all.
