3. How to use the heat shrinkable sleeve?

     Heat-shrinkable sleeves are generally used for shrinkage by heating. First, put the heat-shrinkable sleeves on the product. If the output is small, shrink it with a hot air gun. Generally, it is recommended to heat and shrink from one end to the other end, or the middle and middle direction. The two ends are heated and shrunk to facilitate the discharge of gas, and the shrinking surface effect is good and easy to use; if it is mass production, it can be baked in an oven. The temperature and baking time depend on the product, generally 1 minute is the best.

4. In which fields can heat shrinkable sleeves be used?

     Electronic electrician, mechanical equipment, medical machinery, fitness equipment, anti-skid handle fishing gear, etc. are the best choice. Cables mostly use single-wall heat-shrinkable sleeves; outdoor repair cables use glued heat-shrinkable sleeves; high-temperature heat-shrinkable sleeves are used for high-resistance requirements.

5. How to choose a suitable heat shrinkable sleeve?

     For linear objects such as wires, you can choose a heat shrinkable sleeve with the same size as the outer diameter of the product, which is the simplest; for the protection of power stations, electrical cabinets and other busbars, use busbar heat shrinkable sleeves; for sealing requirements, choose waterproof sleeves Heat-shrinkable sleeves; ordinary electronic heat-shrinkable tubes are generally 2 times shrunk, that is to say, the diameter of the coated object should not be more than doubled. How to choose a suitable heat-shrinkable sleeve when encountering more complex objects? The shrinkage ratio is ≥3 times, and the diameter after shrinkage is the smallest part of the object. After the heat shrinkable tube is shrunk, the length will be shortened by 5-8%, especially when the coated material is a metal strip, the shrinkage in length will be greater. Therefore, when choosing to use heat shrinkable sleeves, it is recommended that the length of heat shrinkable sleeves should be 1.1 times that of the wires to prevent subsequent incomplete socketing.
